Julie has over twenty years of experience designing, managing, and delivering industrial, customer, and product research to clients in a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining CSR, Julie served as a consultant in the areas of strategic planning, marketing planning, and communications strategy for Watson/Wyatt and George Beram & Co., where she conducted and used a considerable amount of qualitative and quantitative research.
She also worked at Price Waterhouse for eight years, where she became a Certified Public Accountant before joining the Marketing Services team. Earlier in her career, Julie worked as a loan officer at two Boston-based banks, BayBank and Shawmut Bank.
Julie received a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from Babson College.
Mark has over twenty-five years of experience in design and analysis of research data, as well as experience with many contemporary approaches to market research (closed-ended/quantitative research, focus groups, multivariate designs, conjoint analysis, Internet surveys, etc).
Mark was responsible for designing CSR’s innovative research methodology that spans the qualitative/quantitative spectrum and draws deeper understanding of the needs and motivations of the research audience.
Prior to joining CSR, Mark was a partner with the Cambridge Consortium, a research and consulting company based in Cambridge, Mass. During his tenure, he worked as a research design consultant and served the academic communities in Cambridge, Boston, and surrounding areas.
Mark received a BA from the University of Maryland and a Ph.D. in social psychology from Harvard University.
