CSR was founded in 1979 by a McKinsey & Company consultant who understood the need for deep insights into the minds of high value audiences. Together with Mark Palmerino, formerly an owner and Executive Vice President (click here for more information about Mark), they created an interviewing process and an approach to content analysis that combines the best of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Our track record speaks for itself; more than 70% of our work is from repeat client engagements.

Since its founding, CSR has developed proficiency in many qualitative and quantitative methods, to become a strategic, full-service market research firm.
